The facts about indefinite detention

At moment In the UK there are about 3000 detainees across 10 detention centres. A large proportion of the detainees are been held in detentions for more then 2 years, it is a violation of there civil rights and liberty.
The practice of indefinite detention in the UK is inhuman, some people keep saying it  costing the government a lot of money what about the human cost, what about the suffering and the misery that detainees have to go through.
The statistics shows that when a detainee is detained for more then a year then there is no prospect of getting a travel document. My question is: why detaining some body when there is no prospect of obtaining a travel document?
Here is some comparison with other EU states regarding detention.
1-France,Cyprus          32 days
2-Italy,Spain                 40 days
3-Ireland                       56 days
4- Greece,Luxembourg  3 months
Now I let you be the judge on this issue, are we really living in a democratic state?

End this detention without aim

Nearly four years have passed in far away detentions
Nearly four years my eyes untouched by the love of loved ones
Nearly four years my heart sending out messages
To the homes where my family and loved ones dwell

I shall not complain or expect grace from anyone
Other than god, so help me god
My spirit is free in the havens, while my body is over powered by rules
We are the forgotten ones of our times

We live in the stories among those who cares
But our courage is like a mountain
The boss and other sinful servants
Cannot see our patience

The flood of our tears
Is moving fast towards them
No one can endure the power of this flood
But the stars at midnight will bring us good news
That we will surely succeed
Just because some birds are never meant to be caged

Detainees' concerns

At the present time there is indefinite detention going on all over detentions in the UK.

There are 100's of detainees that have spent at least 3 to 4 years in detention.

It is a detention without aims, the UKBA are detaining most of the people who are liable for deportation, but what the reason of detaining somebody for 3 to 4 years when there is no hope of obtaining a travel documents. something should be done to change the law of immigration regarding detention.
